Hello. Having been going to Southern 11 since it opened, i unfortunatelly have to say if it has actually gotten worse everything i have been there.
Im not really one for complaning to be honest but bit visit today was very disapointing so i tought id share.

My first issue with Southern 11 is the fact that they keep chaning the menu, i went there today to get the meet selection plate they do only to find out that everything has changed again.
Being with abit disapointed that with the fact that i couldnt have what i really wanted i decided to order myself a pulled pork meal and some new chicken stripps meal for my girlfriend. We also went with two cornbread and some BBQ beans.

First issue, the girl that served me, (i believe she may have been Polish) was more interested with having a chat with the guy at the back than actually looking at me and listening to my order. This obviously resulted in her missing a cornbread and me having to get it seperatelly, we werent offered any sauces or even given a fork, which made me wonder how i was going to eat my beans. Ayways as we got to our table and started two eat, two thing kinda annoyed me. First one being that the BBQ beans are indeed no longer BBQ but just plain beans. Also the fact that my drink had only been half filled ( another consequence of the girl serving not paying attention.). All it all it kinda led to not a very enjoyable meal even tho the pulled pork was very nice.
Alot of stuff was missing from the menu this time around, there was not sausage, no sauces, so bbq salt and other things.

I hope that Mr Hitchens can take some time to visit his restaurant and see what is going on. I for one will not be going back for a while.

I visited S11 when in manchester. I taught it was fantastic.
Its great to see an entrepeneur think outside the box and take pride in his product.
Perhaps his concept could be refined and his brand made more reflective of a fast food offering.
Mr Hitchens clearly has a passion and perhaps with more insight into consumerism as he progresses, S11 could be the next big thing.
He has a passion, an best of luck to ya mate.
I respect what you have done.

Well, just sampled the new breakfast wrap, @ McDonald's in Tonbridge,or mc.breakfast wrap as should probably be called. Quite nice, but I think the wrap part makes it slightly bland, and even though made fresh and timestamped, it wasn't very hot, hardly warm even, otherwise it was quite nice.
